Chandler Brown

Chandler was born in San Bernardino, California and is an African American Underrepresented Minority Student at Stanford University. He is currently a third year Environmental Engineering Ph.D. Student in the Luthy Lab. His work focuses on stormwater and urban runoff, specifically looking at the presence and removal of trace hydrophilic organic contaminants from water. He is supported by the Stanford CEE Ph.D Fellowship, the Stanford CEE Leavell Fellowship, the GEM Fellowship, and the Jackie Robinson Foundation Extra Innings Fellowship. In his free time, Chandler loves to play basketball and watch movies.
