Arynn Gallegos

Arynn is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is currently a second year Electrical Engineering PhD student in Professor Dan Congreve’s group at Stanford University. Her primary research focus on using perovskite materials and dopants as gain mediums for new laser systems, and she also works with next-generation 3D printing systems using photonic upconversion. Arynn is supported by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and the Scott A. and Geraldine D. Macomber Stanford Graduate Fellowship. Outside of lab, Arynn loves running, hiking, and all things food – trying new recipes in the kitchen and new restaurants around the Bay Area.
